What's your biggest challenge as a remote leader?
We’re all so used to being always on with our phones lighting up with synchronous communication like email and slack messages - there’s definitely a need to unplug from the rapid notifications that zap our flow, so encouraging people to be more comfortable with asynchronous comms and setting their own personal guardrails to be more decisive with requests and feedback.
