GoSite, Customer Success Manager of Partnerships, I work closely with the Director of Strategic Partnerships and manage the overall relationship between our enterprise partners pros and GoSite. This includes on boarding, implementation, renewals and support.

What does your team do? What are you responsible for?
Our team is new and quite small as our Partnerships team is in charge of onboarding our Enterprise clients and I am currently a team of 1. I am building out the foundations and processes for the Partnerships team as it will grow. I am responsible for ensuring the Enterprise Pros are having a successful GoSite experience during their trial period to ensure the client wants to sign a renewal.

Our team is very energetic in Slack which helps us feel very connected to one another, as well as schedules time for us to debrief and just share a laugh! We have daily scheduled morning meetings where we talk about updates, roadblocks and successes.
